Thankfully our Turnkey Lab package can be comfortably fit in some pretty small spaces, but for quality of life and optimal efficiency, at least a little bit of extra room goes a long way. It will fit in a modest walk-in freezer, which we strongly suggest, or get a Coolbot air conditioning setup going for an inexpensive cold room option.

Yes, absolutely. Our standard Turnkey Lab equipment list is what we’ve found is best for most commercial operators, but since it all centers around the Osprey, you can customize it any way you’d like to increase throughput across any aspect of processing. We also sell stainless steel tables, sinks, and necessary accessories that don’t come standard with the base price so you can get everything you need in a single purchase.

We typically suggest setting aside at least a full work day to get everything set up if your plumbing and electrical are already in place. Everything comes together quickly, but doing some testing before you start a live wash cycle is strongly suggested so your team can get the hang of how everything works. It’s a very easy process and our customer service team is ready to help every step of the way. No engineers required!
