These 1/4" thick G11 fiberglass insulation plates are an excellent upgrade for our DIY rosin press kits and help increase the efficiency of your thermocouples. They can be used on the top and below the cage. They also help balance platen temperatures and increase the life of your hydraulics. We strongly suggest them for any DIY rosin press applications and they come standard in all Lowtemp V2 rosin press systems.
