Why Freeze Dry? - Freeze drying bubble hash is an important process in any high end Rosin manufacturing facility for a variety of reasons:

• Limit and reduce Microbial content! When water is introduced to plant material and left there, it creates a breeding ground for various microbial and mold spores. Extracting the moisture quickly is crucial for any commercial facility looking to pass tests.
• Increase production speed/efficiency! Air drying can take a week or even longer. Freeze drying can finish between 18-36 hours. 
• Increase terpene content and color! Air drying at room temperature for extended periods of time can allow volatile terpenes to escape the material and even slight oxidation. The controlled and freezing temperatures of the freeze drying chamber help with both of those issues, increasing overall quality of the end product.

The oil free vacuum pump can be used with any size freeze dryer. They are quiet, fast, and easy to use. The Harvest Right oil free vacuum pumps do not require oil changes and do not require regular user maintenance.

Upgrade your original Cage Kit with this Insulation Kit! Simply take your cage apart, add in the new custom hardware, and reassemble. This helps lengthen the lifespan of your electronics, increase temperature stability, and decrease heat up time.  In instances where the ram is a part of the hydraulic press (Example: Dake B10 Press), it also reduces the heat transfer to the hydraulics, prolonging the life of the internal hydraulic seals. 

Installation of this kit takes about 10 minutes maximum.

Standard and Premium Hand Pump Kits:

The main difference between the standard and premium pump options is how many inches of travel per stroke of the handle. Pictured above is the standard option, with the premium pump utilizing about 1/4 of the pumps for a full function. The premium option is highly recommended for large harvests or commercial outfits due to it's lack of effort required. Both are a Hash Lover's dream due to the very slow or quick application of force available. 

Air BVA Pump Kit:

The Air BVA system requires an Air Compressor for function (110-175psi). We recommend California Air Tools air compressors, as they are "silent" and generally great machines!  It's relatively quick in it's application of pressure, making it more ideal for commercial applications. This system requires a little bit of experience when pressing hash due to it's quicker pressure application.

They all feature a pressure gauge to track hydraulic pressure, which is a must have for perfectionists or folks who take their solventless seriously. It also makes for an easier collection of oils off of the parchment. It's a must have for anyone serious about their extractions.

This G11 fiberglass based insulation is 1/4" thick. It's an extremely resilient and temperature resistant material, used in our V2 press applications to thermally isolate the platens.

It may also be used on top and below a cage, to increase efficiency of the heat controller, balance platen temperatures, and preserve the life of your hydraulics.
