The Nest is an 85-gallon stainless steel collection and recirculation vessel creates the closest thing to a "closed loop" system you can find in solventless extraction. Simply drain the Osprey into the Nest, which features a slot for your 32-gallon bags, and fire up the pump to move the water back into your Osprey for the next wash. This eliminates the need to manage multiple buckets and manual water recirculation. In combination with our Chilled Water Skid, the Nest also enables iceless washing, maintaining optimal temperatures throughout the process.
The AutoSieve features high-quality stainless steel collection screens with precise micron sizing and a powerful vibrating motor, eliminating the need to manually shake your bags. In fact, you don’t have to use bags at all. This means no more heavy lifting and no more buying bags, saving you both time and money.
For smaller-scale operations, the Mini Osprey offers a similarly efficient setup. Paired with the Mini Nest recycling kit, you can achieve a streamlined process on a smaller scale.
